History
Beautiful Dreamer was built from the plans of the L. F. Herreshoff classic Goldenball. She is a shallow draft cruising ketch designed for the western coast of Florida, where the waters are quite shallow. Her lee-boards allow for spacious cabin below with full headroom. Her length is forty-six feet and her draft is less than three feet. The designs of L. F. Herreshoff are highly regarded by connoisseurs of classic yachts. They are marked by clean, sweeping lines and simplicity of hull and rig that demonstrate the work of a true artist.
